And we just confirmed the Comfort Inn in Scott's Edition in Richmond for event pricing for those of you who were wondering about hotel accommodations.

The hotel is 2.7 miles down the street from the Convention Center and it's right in front of the Pro Cycling warehouse where the Death Pedal premiere is going to be. It's 0.6 miles from the premiere! More info to come!

Okay I need to know an official head count for those of you who are trying to get hotels because I knew it was a good amount of you who were wondering.

I finally got a boxed group rate of $57 a night at the Comfort Inn located on 3200 W. Broad St, Richmond, VA

This is a huge price cut from the $89 they told me prior due to Chris King buying out all of my reserved rooms last week in cash.

Anyways I need a proper head count. Get together with Mike and Julio and figure out if your able to crash for sure because everyone have been telling me their crashing with them soo....

Anyways I booked a box of 5 Rooms from Thursday-Sunday. Check in Thursday at 4pm, check out on Sunday Noon. The more people you can stuff into these rooms the cheaper. They are non-smoking, 2 twin bedrooms. It will be roughly $180-$200 for the weekend. I know Philly has a room already filled up. And Alex and Sam have a room that is close to being filled up. So def. let me know asap!

I am able to get 3 Keys per room and they told me I can fit 6 people in but it really doesn't matter how many people you fit! Whoever is in your group please find out who will be the one to be the "leader" and get up with me because these rooms are all on my credit card and in my name. I need to transfer each room to the party getting the room so I won't be fucked!

To remind everyone again the bike ride is 2 and a half miles from the convention center. It will only take 10 mins at the most to get back and forth but we will discuss routes when everyone gets into town! Also a venue change for The Death Pedal Premiere. Kareem is finalizing the new venue for the premiere but it is going to be closer to the convention center than before! More news to come on that so stay tuned!

You must email the shop to let them know that your bike is coming. You must also provide information on the bike (frame, components, etc) and a tracking number and insurance if you want to.
