Life's been real hectic but great! Each day is full of making shit in the YNOT garage (gonna make a Cobra today!) and then fun afterwards with Marnie and all my bike bros. Been playing lots of bocce ball in the court in the park across the street!

I had a follow up appt. with the surgeon and they said that I can do tricks and that in a month or two they will take out the plate and screws and after that I will be getting pretty close to healed! :D

I have been doing tricks kinda all along and slowly getting into more and more aggressive stuff as my shoulder will let me. Stairs and stuff are still sucky feeling so I am working on smaller scale tech stuff and having lots of fun!

Humm, rode with Brad Downie (with our matching Thrashers!) and then Swoo joined us later on once he woke up. I took Brad to some sick schools that have banks evvvverywhere and I think he was stoked on them. Then we came back to my place for beers, bowls and to get our grill on with Marnie. Oh yeah, then bocce with more beers afterward, of course.

My bike is SICK right now, will get pics! And Cobra pics!

those bags are sick Tom. Has much changed between the prototype you had in Richmond and what you guys are pumping out now?

Glad your shoulder is healing up, surgery isn't ever fun and plates/screws kinda suck haha

Ahh, I typed a reply to this a week ago and my internet died and I forgot to come back! haha

The new Cobra is quite different in several dimensional ways and then also it's just put together different than the first proto people saw.

I just got some super slick shots taken of the bag and I will be putting out a little promo thing that hopefully gets posted and gets people stoked!

Actually, just yesterday I had a pro sewing machine guy come in and tune our machines because one of our buddies (who will remain nameless..) has a habit of using the machines between my shifts and leaving them fucked up. Anyways, they are fixed now and I won't have to miss any more days of work and I can get back to pumping out Cobras! TSSSSsSSSsssSSS!!!! I started two yesterday and I should finish one today!

I have a follow up appointment for my shoulder in a week or so, then they book me for a date to have a second surgery to take my shoulder plate out, then apparently I will start to feel near 100% quite shortly! whee!

Filmed a bit with Swoo the other day, starting to stack a few clips, gonna put out a little edit! Might push Swoo and Brad to stack a few more too so that we can make a whole YNOT edit!

YNOT!!!!

Just changed the price to $289.

Life is great and full lately! Last night was a great TOTT with a huge turnout, which was really surprising considering most the regulars weren't even there!

Buy YNOT stuff! ;)

I want to ride today!

Gotta convince Swoo or Brad or Briggs or someone!

Been stacking clips for a "between surgeries" edit. Won't be crazy, just happy that my shoulder will let me hit anything that I am stoked on. I think I'll film for a few more days (usually a clip or two a day, heh) then wrap it up.

I've got a follow up appointment with my surgeon on the 18th of August, that's when I book my second surgery where they will take the plate and screws out, which I am SO excited for!!

Oh and that weekend is also the Toronto Bike Film Festival and on the Sunday there will be a screening of Empire and I am hosting a trick comp beforehand!

... Sigh, astute eyes will have noticed this all also means I won't be at the All City comp..

I VOW to be at the next big jam!

To be honest, if fate wanted me there things woulda lined up, but they didn't, so life goes on.

Oh and I plan on doing a Hell Track 3, possibly right around the anniversary of the first one. (mid Oct.) So come up to Toronto!!!!!! I will have ramps and shit! haha

And on the topic of anniversaries, on Sept. 7th is my anniversary with Marnie!! Crazy eh!? I already have a fucking amazing gift idea, can't wait to give it to her!

Gotta go to work! YNOT shop is the best! I always have visitors and I'm in the shade with a breeze listening to music making straps and bags barefoot! haha

The other day I was having a fun session stacking clips with Swoo and Brad and Chris Lum and this photographer guy came along and snapped some shots of us. We all thought he was a little odd but none of us expected the barrage of totally insane and batshit crazy emails the guy would wind up sending! He went crazy!

Anyways, the pics finally surfaced! haha
