So i've noticed that some people around here answer questions like they're from benscycle. I tried to get a response from "contact us". Sorry this isn't directly related to the bruiser.
When is benscycles.net getting more HoldFastStraps? (i know they're sold in the actual website so don't even state that) |

i'll admit my wording was a little harsh, but tell me how you would have reacted had you opened your box to discover a mistake was made? |

| Quote: | | too funny. let me ask you this then. if you were sent a fork that 1) was the completely wrong color 2) i requested to leave the stein on the side un-painted but it got painted 3) most importantly, i specifically asked for NO pearl/metallic and this fork has one or the other and i HATE any kind of flake/pearl/metallic. SO, do not saying and keep something that doesnt look good on my bike and was not what i paid extra for? |
Don't come on here and pitch a bitch call Ben's cycle and take care of it. Mistakes happens attempt to get refunded for the paint . im unsure why people get all this special paint done to a bike that is going to get slammed around . first day i got my bike i scratched the shit out of it and chipped the paint it's part of the game. |

everybody pile on while you can. lil' kiddies included who dont know their way around a wrench or a bike but can sure run their mouth like a big boy!
fact: bslob doesnt ride because his bike is not done yet.
edit: just got off the phone with steve and the situation is being taken care of the only way i would have expected of mke, promptly and properly. yet another reason to add to your list of why you should buy a bruiser rather than _________ ! |

So maybe you should have talked to them before running to the internet to tell everyone how they "completely messed up" your order? It was Christmas time, shops get crazy. Mistakes can happen. _________________ chrispiascik.com / Print Brigade |
